These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and garuda88 ("garuda88", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the digital entertainment platform accessible at garuda88.cam.

2. You must be acting as a private individual and not as an agent, employee or on behalf of any third party or legal entity.
3. You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

6. You must not have had a garuda88 Account previously closed for violation of these Terms.

Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same person, whether under different names, email addresses or payment methods, constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration you must supply accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, contact details and a valid email address. You undertake to keep this information current throughout the life of your Account.

garuda88 reserves the right to void any winnings and suspend or permanently close any Account where prohibited conduct is identified, regardless of whether the activity has resulted in financial loss to garuda88.

garuda88 supports a range of MYR deposit and withdrawal methods commonly used by Malaysian players, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank and, subject to eligibility, supported cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin/BTC, Ethereum/ETH, Tether/USDT, Litecoin/LTC).

Deposits

• All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name.
• Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned, less any applicable processing fees, at garuda88's discretion.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of the transaction and may vary by payment method.
• Cryptocurrency deposits are credited at the applicable fiat-equivalent rate at the time of confirmed blockchain receipt. Exchange-rate fluctuations between initiation and confirmation are the User's responsibility.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account verified as belonging to the registered Account holder.
• The payout method must ordinarily correspond to the deposit method used ("source of funds" policy). Exceptions are made only where the original method does not support payouts.
• Completed KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed.
• All applicable Wagering Requirements must be satisfied before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

The following conditions apply to all garuda88 bonuses unless the relevant promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus Funds must be wagered the stated number of times (e.g., X10, X15, X20) on eligible games before withdrawal.
• Maximum Wager During Bonus: While Bonus Funds are active in your Account, a maximum single wager limit applies (typically MYR 250–MYR 500). Exceeding this limit may result in void winnings or forfeiture of the bonus.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games and live dealer games may contribute 10%–20%. Specific game-contribution rates are published in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All Bonus Funds expire within the stated window (typically 7, 14 or 30 days from the date of credit) if Wagering Requirements are not completed.

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• Any game result will meet any particular expectation of return.
• The Platform will be continuously accessible, particularly during scheduled maintenance or unexpected technical failures.

In the event of a system malfunction or error that materially affects game results, garuda88 reserves the right to void the affected round(s) and refund all stakes placed during the affected period. No additional compensation will be payable in such circumstances.

Nothing in these Terms excludes garuda88's liability for fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury resulting from its negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood garuda88's Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein, to the extent that consent is required as a lawful basis.

garuda88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account, and to withhold or void any Balance or pending winnings, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, incomplete or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, collusion or any other criminal activity.
• Chargebacks or disputed payment instructions initiated by the User or their payment provider.
• Identification of a duplicate Account.
• Receipt of a credible complaint or evidence that the Account holder is under 21 years of age.
• Any conduct that garuda88 reasonably determines poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform, other Users, or garuda88 itself.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting garuda88 support. Any verified, withdrawable Balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via an approved payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC obligations.

If you have a complaint or wish to dispute a garuda88 decision, you must contact our support team within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Disputes raised after this period may not be entertained.

The dispute process is as follows:

1. Submit a written description of the dispute to our support team, including your Account username, the relevant date(s), transaction reference(s) and a clear statement of your complaint.
2. garuda88 will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and aim to provide a full response within 10 business days. Complex cases may require additional time, and we will communicate any expected delay.
3. If you are dissatisfied with garuda88's response, you may request escalation to a senior review team within 14 days of receiving the initial response.
4. Where a dispute cannot be resolved internally, garuda88 will advise on any available independent dispute-resolution mechanism where applicable under the governing regulatory framework.

Game results are determined by certified random-number-generation systems. garuda88 will not reverse game outcomes except where a verifiable technical error is confirmed.

garuda88 reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on this page with the relevant review date noted at the top.

For material changes, garuda88 will publish a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
